THE FOUNDER

Meet Phoenix Strange.

Phoenix Strange brings web and graphic design experience dating back to 1996. Her approach combines an eye for presentation with a practical interest in how people manage information, keep records, and carry out responsibilities.

ByStrange Software extends that experience into custom software, web applications, and database development. The goal is to build systems that make sense to the people using them.

TotNest™ began with a family childcare situation: caregivers needed consistent instructions, parents needed visibility, and everyone needed a shared record. That real experience shaped an application with separate roles, written requests and responses, care logs, planning tools, and caregiver time tracking.

The same principle guides future work: understand the need, give the information structure, and create a tool that supports the task.
